All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha and Additional Project Coordinators are informed that in the ref.1stcited, the Secretary, DoSE, Golk New Delhi has issued Certain Instructions for functioning of new Type IV new KGBVS in the State.’ (New 49 Type-IV KGBVs Girls Hostels)
In this regard, the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Patamata, Vijayawada vide ref.3rd cited, have sanctioned and released for an amount of Rs. 387.38 lakhs under “Maintenance” compapent of Type IV KGBVS approved in the PAB-2024-25 to take up minor repairs, electrical works and sanitation works etc., in the following 38 Type KGBVS attached to’ Goyt HS/ZPHS/APMS in the State., so as to make functional of 38 KGBVs, out of 43 type VI KGBVS from the academic year 2024-25.
Therefore The APCs of above mentioned districts are requested to furnish the information of 38 Type KGBVS attached to Govt HS/ZPHS/APMS in the given proforma / Checklist to this office (hard copy &Soft copy) through mail id:apss_kgbv@apschooledu.in on or before.14.09.2024 at 5 PM, for taking further necessary action in the matter.
