Sub: APSS-JVK4 – supply of shoes -Test Check -verification of shoe sizes at school level with at least 5% of students studying in Mandal Stock Point School Instructions issued – Reg.
All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and all Additional Project Coordinators of Samara Shiksha in the State are aware that the supply of Shoe item is being arrived at Mandal stock point during the month and it has come to the notice that there are some mismatch item place in Shoe sizes against our indent placed. Due to which the companies are to be informed to attend replacement if any required immediately.
Hence it is decided to have a ‘test check at least 5% of students in the nearest selected school from stock point, and the above District Officials of Samagra Shiksha are requested to make a visit immediately to conduct the Test Check. The Mandal Educational Officers must take up the Test Checks at least for two schools in each Mandal and atleast for 5% of students.
Their compliance report should be submitted twice in a week of two test checks to this Office by covering all mandals where the Shoes were already arrived.
